Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum)$24.000 - $26.770 - $29.530

What You Will Do Directly provides security related services and functions as a crime deterrent.
Required Qualifications - California Security Guard Card
- Valid CA Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications - H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
- College course in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Psychology desirable.
- Law enforcement, Military or prior security experience in a healthcare setting
Other Qualification Requirements - Utilizes reliable transportation and possesses adequate personal insurance coverage. Demonstrates clean driving record in accordance with requirements of the employer DMV pull notice program and Sharp HealthCare Driver Guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities - Ability to utilize resources in an organized manner.
- Basic knowledge of penal codes.
- Effective interpersonal and customer relations skills.
