Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Remote

Duration/Term: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 7+ years of Agile experience , including 3+ years in a senior or enterprise-level role . The ideal candidate will lead Agile transformations, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and optimize Agile workflows using JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence . This role requires expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile metrics tracking, and continuous process improvement .

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Agile best practices , ensuring alignment with industry standards.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, PI Planning).
• Act as a servant leader , fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Identify and resolve team impediments , escalating organization-wide barriers when necessary.
• Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
• Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops to enhance Agile adoption.
• Configure and optimize JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence to support Agile workflows.
• Build dynamic dashboards in JIRA/Confluence for real-time Agile performance visibility.
• Track Agile metrics (sprint velocity, cycle time, lead time, capacity utilization).
• Monitor team performance , identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Act as a change agent , promoting Agile methodologies across the organization.
• Guide team members on Agile principles , supporting self-organization and accountability.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments .
• 3+ years in a senior or enterprise-level role .
• Proven experience in Agile transformations and process optimization .
• Expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other enterprise Agile methodologies .
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification (preferred) .
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within enterprise or fast-paced environments .
• Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, and XP frameworks (preferred) .
