Radiation Oncologist to oversee a well-established outpatient program in
Jefferson City , Missouri-just a short drive from the dynamic university town of
Columbia, MO . This is a full-time role with no call responsibilities and the chance to step into a practice with built-in referrals and excellent multidisciplinary support.
Position Highlights - Step into a clinical leadership role with the autonomy to shape and grow the radiation oncology program
- Consistent patient volume with an average of 10 active treatment patients per day , 2-3 new consults weekly , and follow-up visits
- Collaborate with an experienced team of radiation therapists and nurses , with access to a larger radiation oncology network for physics and dosimetry support
- Enjoy regular business hours with no night, weekend, or hospital call
- Use of advanced treatment platforms including Varian TrueBeam , Eclipse TPS , GE Discovery CT Simulator , and ARIA/Epic systems
Your Professional Environment - In-house referral streams from oncology, gynecology, and urology specialists ensure a steady caseload
- Work closely with a highly collaborative care team dedicated to quality and access in cancer treatment

Compensation & Benefits - Two-year guaranteed salary , followed by RVU-based productivity model

Who We're Looking For - Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist
- Comfortable working independently while leading a cohesive team
- Proficient in IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, 3D CRT, and SRS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must
