Job Title: Salesforce Billing - Solution Architect

Join our team at Slalom as a Salesforce Billing - Solution Architect . We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Billing projects, responsible for client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Serving as the technical leader onsite at client locations for Salesforce Billing projects.
2. Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce Billing.
3. Providing effort estimates and communicating benefits and risks of proposed solutions.
4. Offering hands-on technical assistance to developers.
5. Staying updated on new Salesforce product capabilities.
6. Contributing to sales efforts with technical estimates and client presentations.
7. Participating in marketing events and thought leadership activities.
8. Mentoring junior team members and leading technical discussions.
9. Creating architecture diagrams and optimizing product configurations for billing requirements.
10. Guiding clients on billing strategies and acting as the solution owner during projects.
11. Interviewing candidates and traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of CRM industry experience and/or CPQ/Billing implementation experience.
• At least 2 successful Salesforce Billing implementations.
• Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and its relation to Salesforce Billing.
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce platform experience, with 4+ preferred.
• Knowledge of data models, product/pricing management, and the full billing cycle.
• Experience in B2B or B2C E-Commerce is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience as a Solution Architect on multiple projects lasting at least 6 months.
• Active Salesforce certifications or ability to obtain them within the first months of hire.

Compensation & Benefits: The base salary range for this role is $122,000 - $225,000, with potential bonuses and benefits including time off, health coverage, 401(k), parental leave, and more.
