Together, we create custom app solutions for startups and mid-sized businesses, tackling major challenges in healthcare, fintech, blockchain technology, and on-demand services. Due to our expansion, were looking for a talented QA Tester to join our team.

As a QA Tester, you will leverage hands-on experience in functional and regression testing, creating and executing test plans for complex software applications. Your role is crucial in ensuring a predictable development lifecycle, involving projects from inception to completion. You will set up quality assurance strategies by implementing best practices and analyzing testing needs for platforms and features.

The key characteristics we're looking for are:

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Tester, with expertise in automated and manual testing for mobile and web applications.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with Playwright automation tools and Python.
• A team-first mindset, valuing transparency, constructive feedback, and thoughtful disagreement.

Projects Youll Be Working On:

You will manage a variety of innovative projects in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand services, pushing technological boundaries.

Important to know:

• As a fully remote team across various time zones, flexibility is required. All team members must overlap a minimum of 7 AM to 11 AM Pacific Standard Time.
• New hires will undergo a one-month trial period to ensure smooth onboarding and mutual alignment on expectations.
• Resilience is essential to handle a high-stress environment characterized by tight deadlines and rapid development cycles.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding product requirements thoroughly.
• Performing user interface, functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborating with the project team to identify high-risk scenarios.
• Making go/no-go decisions based on testing outcomes.
• Writing detailed defect reports and communicating effectively with developers.
• Developing and maintaining test cases and plans for various testing phases.
