We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This role is essential in managing ecommerce tool integrations and enhancements, and will require close collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and other Product Owners. The ideal candidate will excel at bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the product roadmap for ecommerce integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with other Product Owners to maintain consistency across initiatives and share best practices.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders by providing regular updates, negotiating priorities, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration.
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks for engineering and QA teams, ensuring clear definitions and assignments.
• Oversee the product backlog, triaging incoming requests and balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and deliver tailored status updates to relevant audiences.
• Identify and address risks or blockers that could impact timelines, proactively communicating solutions.
• Gather and document requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria to guide projects from concept to deployment.
• Support deployment activities, including conducting user training and ensuring smooth transitions.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, particularly in ecommerce environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience integrating and customizing third-party tools, with emphasis on ecommerce platforms such as Salsify, Acquia, Shopify, or similar.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical staff and other Product Owners.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and electronic data interchange (EDI) processes.
