Minimum Education Graduate of fully accredited college of optometry program (OD) Minimum Work Experience 1-3 years of clinic experience preferred. Required Licenses/Certifications Licensed by National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) Licensed in the State of Vermont. BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
