LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Outpatient Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) for a local contract job in Tampa, Florida.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time: Hybrid: Flexible Schedule

We’re seeking a passionate and driven BCBA to join our collaborative and supportive team. In this role, you’ll lead behavior intervention efforts, supervise staff, and help individuals reach their full potential through evidence-based practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to track progress
• Supervise BTs and BCaBAs with performance evaluations and training
• Provide direct services and support across age groups
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain documentation, reports, and scheduling independently
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification and state licensure
• 2+ years experience with individuals with special needs
• Background check clearance; reliable transportation
• Medicaid credentialing, CPI/PCM certification, and CPR/BLS preferred
• Bilingual a plus
