Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services industry, preferably in Commercial properties. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Must hold Commercial General Liability Insurance. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in cleaning and sanitation practices. Experience with specialized cleaning equipment and techniques. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to cleaning. Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
