Russell Tobin's client, an operating online food ordering and food delivery company, is seeking Fulfillment Specialist in Manhattan, NYC

Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Manhattan, NYC (On-site)
Contract Length: 3 months, with potential for extension
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (up to 40 hours/week)
Transportation: Must be fluent with NYC subway system
Pay Rate: $18/hr. -$20.71/hr.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Specialist to support operations for a dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in physical environments, is highly organized, and has in-depth familiarity with the Manhattan area.
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will:

• Handle errands, grocery shopping, and in-store pickups
• Provide organizational support and complete personalized tasks
• Maintain clear and pleasant communication with customers via an app and SMS
• Ensure prompt, accurate delivery and high-quality customer experience

This is a highly hands-on role that requires agility, independence, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll be an essential part of a growing team that supports scaling operations across NYC. Requirements

• Deep familiarity with Manhattan and comfort navigating via subway
• Comfortable with physical, on-the-ground tasks
• Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Availability to work full-time (up to 40 hours/week), with some intermittent weeks off
• No remote work available
