Job Summary We are seeking a talented and innovative Front-End Developer with strong experience in developing and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agile environment, collaborating with mission partners and end-users to deliver functional and visually appealing solutions. This role focuses on leveraging modern development tools and methodologies to build, test, and maintain applications while incorporating user feedback to refine solutions rapidly. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular 14, Node.js, JavaScript, Material, and browser technologies such as HTML, and CSS. Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools and, where applicable, AWS for development tasks. Work independently and efficiently within an agile software development environment, utilizing tools and practices like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, unit testing, and Jenkins (preferred). Collaborate within a small, fast-paced agile team, participating in daily standups, technical discussions, retrospectives, and customer meetings. Build functional user interface design mockups in partnership with mission partners/end-users. Rapidly develop prototypes to gather feedback and implement iterations based on stakeholder input. Manage tasks and stories in JIRA, keeping progress updated and ensuring deliverables align with project timelines. Contribute to technical discussions, forums, and collaborative efforts to enhance product performance and user experience. Required Qualifications Experience developing and maintaining apps in Angular 14,node.js JavaScript, browser technologies (HTML, and CSS), adobe creative cloud tools and AWS (desired) Experience working independently in an agile software development environment kanban experience (desired) Experience working in a small, fast pasted agile team environment Experience building functional user interface design mock ups in partnership with mission partners/end users Experience quickly building prototypes to facilitate mission partner feedback and make iterations based off that feedback for a desired solution Experience using agile dev tools & practices JIRA including keeping your stories/tasks up-to-date Confluence Unit testing GitHub Jenkins (desired) daily standup to effectively communicate status participating in technical discussions, forums, retrospectives participating in routine customer meetings and ad hoc sessions BCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
