Data Entry
Remote Work Optional:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry agent with Customer Service Representative skills. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a customer-first mindset. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry
Accurately enter and update information in company databases
Maintain and organize digital and paper records
Verify data accuracy and follow up on any missing or unclear information
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer proficiency (email, typing, Microsoft Word/Excel)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
