The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR professional with expertise in compensation analysis and market benchmarking. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance compensation practices, conduct market analysis, manage pay adjustments, and oversee bonus programs, all while ensuring compliance and contributing to a fair and competitive total rewards strategy. 401k Flexibility to work from home on Thursdays and Fridays Location: Houston, TX Type of Position : Direct Hire Responsibilities: Analyze internal pay structures to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals. Conduct and interpret external market surveys and compensation data. Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs and policies. Assist in job evaluations and job analysis processes. Provide data-driven recommendations regarding promotions, pay increases, and organizational structure changes. Compile and present compensation data reports to leadership teams. Collaborate with HR leadership to plan and forecast compensation budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, HR, or a related field CCP certification preferred Proven track record in analytical roles Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly the FLSA Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy Experience in designing compensation programs and conducting market benchmarking Proficient in HR compliance, especially FLSA and federal/state labor laws Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Due to the high volume of applications we typically receive, we regret that we are not able to personally respond to all applications.
