Overview Join a dynamic team as the Clubs & Bar Supervisor with Levy at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. This role offers the opportunity to work across three venues — Kohl Center, University Ridge Golf Course, and Camp Randall Stadium — delivering an exceptional guest experience. Ideal for an experienced leader in hospitality with a passion for service. Responsibilities Lead the daily food and beverage operations before, during, and after all events to ensure smooth and efficient service. Be the expert on menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing, and communicate this clearly to the team. Ensure all areas are fully stocked and prepped for seamless operations, maintaining a high standard of readiness at all times. Foster and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service, resolving guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, Levy and State standards, to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. Build and maintain relationships with clients, guests, and the Levy team, seeking feedback to improve service. Verify and manage opening and closing inventories, ensuring accuracy at all times. Enforce Levy's company guidelines as per the employee handbook and training manual. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests. Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail environments; leadership experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and team members effectively. Willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification or equivalent. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting. Fluent in English.
