Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our criminal defense team!
You will represent clients in various misdemeanor and felony cases and during pending law enforcement investigations. Regular job duties include meeting with clients, reviewing case information, participating in pre-trial hearings, and conducting contested hearings and trials.
This will be the 3rd attorney in the office and is supported by a staff of experienced paralegals. New lawyers are encouraged to apply- we will train as necessary. Our office is located in downtown Lexington. Most court appearances are in the Lexington and Columbia area, but we do have cases throughout South Carolina. Work hours are generally 8:00 - 5:00 P.M., M-F.
