Accounting Office Clerk - Entry Level

Full-Time Position
$17 - $19 an Hour Based on Experience

Responsibilities – Accounting Office Clerk: 

• Reconciles statements and issues payment to vendors
• Maintains purchase orders, issuing purchase orders when necessary
• Answer all vendor inquiries
• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required
• Stocking in cars, making lien payoffs, and monthly bank reconciliations
• Perform other duties as requested

• Entry-level candidates welcome — we provide training!
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, and cash management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team setting
• DMV or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable with answering phones and providing customer service
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record
