Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with union members and client families who request information about their benefit options. This role is not about cold calling — clients already reach out to us to learn more about their coverage. Your job is to:

• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
• Explain benefits, answer questions, and assist with applications
• Provide ongoing support to clients and their families
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships while ensuring excellent service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive, professional, and reliable work ethic
• High school diploma required (some college preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• Comfortable working remotely with a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection
