Requirements
*3+ Years Experience in Window and Door Industry in Installations and/or Service
*Excellent Mechanical and Problem Solving Skills
*Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
*Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills and Ability to Work Independently
*Must be able to lift 50 lbs
*Class 5 Licence with clean driving record. A driver's abstract will be required.
*Must be Bondable. A Criminal Record Check will be required.
*Trailer towing experience is an asset
*Siding and Roofing experience is an asset
Responsibilities
*Complete on site Lockout Services, Including Installing Screens and Crank Handles and adjusting windows and doors as required
*Complete other service calls as required for New Construction and Renovation Projects
*Reporting Installation deficiencies to Install Manager
*Stocking Truck/Van with Common Parts
*Ordering other parts as required
*Keeping Showroom products all in top condition and operating perfectly
*Tracking all parts used, hours spent and kms driven per project
*Assisting with warehouse tasks as required
*Attending Safety Meetings and other Team Meetings as required
*Some out of town service may be required. Hotels will be company paid if required.
