Schedule consultations, follow up on leads, and assist attorneys with administrative tasks. Organize case files, input data into our CRM, and maintain accurate records. Conduct basic legal research and draft correspondence as needed. Assist with billing, invoicing, and document management. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless client experience. Who We’re Looking For: Experience: At least 1 year of administrative, legal, or customer service experience (law firm experience is a plus). Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, CRMs, and legal software (training available). Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow procedures and handle confidential information with professionalism. Problem-Solver: Someone who takes initiative and can work independently. Reliable & Professional: Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence. Requirements: High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and basic CRM platforms. Availability during business hours (Eastern Time preferred) to align with our team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in a law firm or personal injury field is a plus but not required.
