La Porte area warehousing company is looking for a dispatcher to handle dispatch to and from the Port of Houston to and from their facility to their clients. Will also be heavily involved with Customer Service, Billing and Invoicing any exposure or experience with Profit Tools is highly desired.

Efficiently schedule and manage port pick ups, deliveries to the customer and empty returns within the free time. Deal directly with our customers/drivers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Respond promptly to inquiries, a mastery of email communication. You keep the inbox at zero unread emails. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow up on customer interactions. Able to suggest improvements to the operations team. Able to communicate clearly. Able to adapt to changes at the last minute. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum of one (2-3) years of dispatch operations experience with the port of Houston TX. Knowledge of Profit Tools preferred.
Client Expect 2 - 3 Years experience
Base Pay: 21.63 - 26.44
Other Pay: Unlimited Referral Bonuses
