Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant Health has an opportunity available for a Travel Oncology Pharmacist for a 13 week contract in Massachusetts. This is an immediate start and will require full-time availability.
Job Highlights - Role: Oncology Pharmacist
- Employment Type: Contract/Travel (Temp-to-Hire)
- Schedule: MondayFriday (Day Shifts), No Weekends
- Duration: 13 Weeks
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide personalized medication counseling and education
- Review charts proactively to identify potential medication-related issues
- Monitor for treatment toxicity and side effects
- Help select and adjust therapy based on evidence and patient-specific factors
- Collaborate directly with oncologists on treatment decisions
- Support patients during all stages of therapy from initial treatment to relapsed/refractory disease
- Contribute to safety initiatives and guideline-based care practices
Required Qualifications:
- Active MassachusettsPharmacist License
- Recent oncology pharmacy experience
- Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) preferred
