Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant Health has an opportunity available for a Travel Oncology Pharmacist for a 13 week contract in Massachusetts. This is an immediate start and will require full-time availability.

Job Highlights

• Role: Oncology Pharmacist
• Employment Type: Contract/Travel (Temp-to-Hire)
• Schedule: MondayFriday (Day Shifts), No Weekends
• Duration: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide personalized medication counseling and education
• Review charts proactively to identify potential medication-related issues
• Monitor for treatment toxicity and side effects
• Help select and adjust therapy based on evidence and patient-specific factors
• Collaborate directly with oncologists on treatment decisions
• Support patients during all stages of therapy from initial treatment to relapsed/refractory disease
• Contribute to safety initiatives and guideline-based care practices

Required Qualifications:

• Active MassachusettsPharmacist License
• Recent oncology pharmacy experience
• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP) preferred
