IL State Licensure and all Certifications MUST be uploaded into AMIE Web in order to submit. 50-mile radius rule, no local CLNs EPIC Experience is required NO Blocked Schedule Request RTO Restrictions: not to exceed 3 consecutive days and 7 total day per 13-week contract IL license in hand (not a compact state).
