Night shift from 1900 to 0730, with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break.

\n\nJob Description\n

The Maternity Services RN will provide care in a 64-bedded unit that includes low-risk antepartum, postpartum, and well-baby nursery services. The practice implements couplet care, allowing the mother and neonate to be cared for together, maintaining a standard nurse-to-couplet ratio of 3:1.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct care to mothers and newborns while promoting family-centered care.
\n
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
\n
• Educate parents on newborn care and discharge planning.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of mother/baby couplet care experience required.
\n
• Certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory.
\n
• No previous travel experience is required.
\n
