Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves providing roadside assistance and towing services to customers in need. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage conflicts effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Perform automotive diagnostics and minor repairs as needed during roadside assistance calls.
• Load and unload vehicles onto flatbed tow trucks, ensuring proper securing of vehicles for transport.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including details of the vehicle towed and any repairs conducted.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on tow trucks to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is preferred; experience with manual transmission is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills are highly desirable.
• Experience in automotive diagnostics and conflict management is beneficial.
• Ability to operate flatbed tow trucks and other towing equipment safely.
• Excellent driving record with a focus on safety.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,599.00 - $75,000.00 per year
