*Description*
* Analyze abstracts of title, legal documents, and public records to assess and verify the status of title for commercial properties.
* Prepare thorough and accurate title commitments in alignment with company policies and underwriter standards.
* Investigate and resolve title-related issues such as liens, encumbrances, and discrepancies in ownership.
* Review attorney title opinions and Form 900s to generate Iowa Title Guaranty commitments and final certificates.
* Ensure adherence to Iowa Title Guaranty program requirements and stay informed of any regulatory updates or procedural changes.
* Collaborate with attorneys, clients, underwriters, and internal teams to clarify title concerns and facilitate resolution.
* Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all title files and issued commitments.
* Support curative efforts and coordinate with abstractors and legal professionals to address outstanding title matters.

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
