• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
