Tax Reviewer- Hybrid

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Reviewer/Preparer to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing tax returns and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax preparation, as well as the ability to conduct thorough tax research.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tax returns for accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations
• Conduct tax research to support tax positions and strategies
• Prepare financial statements and related documentation as necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and accounting principles
• Collaborate with clients to address questions and provide guidance on tax matters
• Ensure timely completion of tax-related tasks and projects
• Communicate complex tax concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients and team members
• Assist in client relations and building long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review
• Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and tax laws
• Proficiency in financial statement preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
