Onward Search Education is partnering with a school district in Silverdale, WA to hire a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year.

• Location: Silverdale, WA
• Start Date: August 22, 2025
• End Date: June 16, 2026 (with a possible extension through June 24)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Grade Level: Elementary (may include early childhood)
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week
• Caseload: Approximately 50 students

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals.
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual or group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Washington State SLP License and Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (or ability to obtain before the start date)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is a plus
