How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The primary responsibility of this position is to identify the revenue maximizing pricing strategy within an assigned U.S. - Mexico scope with a key focus on pricing segmentation, fare structure, and competitive positioning. This role works closely with partners including inventory management, network planning and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with divisional and corporate priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
Ability to quickly analyze data, concisely summarizeresults, and effectively present conclusions and recommendations.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills,excellent verbal, and written communication skills, and demonstrates peerleadership.
Prior analytical experience required with demonstratedproficiency independently managing complex and high-profile market scopes orprojects.
Identify and analyze market issues and trends, determiningappropriate pricing actions, filing of actions, and post-audit assessment ofaction.
Must have the ability to work well with others in atime-sensitive, team-focused, and results-oriented environment with minimalsupervision.
Utilized expertise in technical skills and knowledge.
Provides coaching and mentoring to peers.

Must be able to set priorities in a time sensitiveenvironment based on revenue impact and be able to manage severalresponsibilities at once.
Strong analytical skills and ability to distill complex datainto clear and actionable story.
Must possess a high degree of initiative and drive.
Must be able to occasionally work weekends.
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self,others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
2+ years of experience in related field preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experiencewith Hyperion/SAS, Tableau, Diio a plus.
Familiarity with pricing systems (ATPCO, AirPrice), andDLTerm preferred.
Experience in pricing, revenue management, or related fieldis strongly preferred.
