Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of visual design, branding, and digital marketing techniques.

Duties

• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media channels
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community interaction
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and reach
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align messaging and branding
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in the development of marketing materials such as print advertising, presentations, and web design elements using tools like Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Support video editing projects for promotional campaigns and social media ads.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) for graphic design and video editing tasks.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design principles.
• Experience in branding and visual design with a solid grasp of color theory, typography, layout design, and production design.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work in graphic design, social media content creation, or digital marketing is required.
