About the Role: We're seeking a seasoned Service Designer III – Service Designer to lead end-to-end service design initiatives focused on enhancing the experience for mid-market and enterprise customers within our Customer Success organization. This role will work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product Support, and Sales Tech teams to build thoughtful, strategic solutions that support onboarding, health monitoring, and post-sales experiences. As a Designer, you’ll dive deep into research, map service ecosystems, identify root causes, and develop scalable service design strategies. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just design customer journeys, but envisions the complete service blueprint including the systems, processes, and people behind them. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in service design, or product design, with a strong focus on strategic and end-to-end experience design . A robust portfolio that showcases Interaction Design strategy, system-level thinking , and measurable impact. Strong command of human-centered design, systems thinking, and design research methodologies. Proven ability to work across multiple priorities and stakeholders in mid-market or enterprise environments . Experience building services beyond front-end touchpoints—into support infrastructure, tooling, and enablement. Tools: Proficiency in Figma/FigJam , Miro, Mural, Google Suite. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and AI tools such as Notebook LM or Gemini is a strong plus. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to clearly convey complex service solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
