About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Lending to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with the comprehensive oversight of all consumer lending operations, including direct and indirect lending, underwriting, loan servicing, and collections. This executive leadership position demands a focus on driving growth and profitability within lending portfolios, while maintaining a strong commitment to strategic goals, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of exceptional member service. The SVP will be instrumental in enhancing portfolio performance through continuous monitoring, innovation, and process improvements, as well as in the development of effective strategies for loan approvals and collections that minimize losses and support member relationships. Applicants for the SVP of Lending role at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree being preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in consumer lending is required, with a significant background in portfolio management, underwriting, and collections. The role also involves managing departmental budgets, fostering a culture of accountability and development within the lending team, and championing initiatives that ensure the long-term success of the organization.
