Primary Talent Partners has an open 12 month W2 contract with a large banking/finance client of ours in the San Francisco, CA. Pay Range: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour (No PTO, benefits, etc but self funded ACA-compliant healthcare plan available to opt-in to) Schedule: Hybrid Schedule Job Responsibilities Collaborate with business sponsors/stakeholders and IT staff to implement and manage the product life cycle. Key responsibilities include: Ownership and prioritization of the technology solution delivery teams’ backlog(s). Ensure alignment of business requirements and technical documentation with business inputs by writing and/or approving business rules, user stories, integration dependencies, etc. Play a significant role in quality control as the only team member empowered to accept stories as done. Advocate for business needs by applying a deep understanding of business processes, goals, and problems. Ensure product vision is communicated to the technology delivery teams. Accountable for attesting that the delivered outputs align with business requirements. Qualifications Product Owners (POs) are organizationally aligned with business lines supporting Product Management and are members of the technology solution delivery teams. They focus on business-based product delivery associated with Client System technology service products and solutions. Responsibilities include: Engagement from strategic business planning to tactical product delivery. Implementation of product and service solutions through business engagement, knowledge of business needs and perspectives, active decision-making, and technology delivery knowledge. Relationship management with stakeholders and customers throughout Client System, as well as internally with senior leadership, information technology teams, and other internal/external partners.
