What You’ll Do:

• Close high-quality, high-intent deals with speed and precision.
• Guide borrowers through the process with clarity and professionalism.
• Bring energy, ownership, and high standards to every interaction.
• Collaborate with other top producers in an environment where standards > feelings .

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of mortgage origination success
• Currently Licensed in at least 10 of our 16 active states
• Proven performance in a fast-paced, high-volume operation
• Competitive drive with emotional intelligence
• Service-oriented pro who follows through like a highly trained and skilled professional
