We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations at one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of security protocols and procedures.

• Supervise Security Staff: Manage, train, and lead a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Site Operations Oversight: Coordinate and oversee all security operations at the assigned site, including patrols, monitoring surveillance systems, and access control.
• Incident Management: Respond to and manage any security incidents, including emergencies, breaches, or other disturbances, ensuring proper escalation and resolution.
• Client Interaction: Maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with professional security services.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports on site activities, incidents, and staffing.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure compliance with company and site-specific security policies, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Staff Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times, including handling any unforeseen absences or shifts.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to security personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to security standards.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments of the site and propose improvements to strengthen security protocols.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; security-related certifications or training preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations
• Proficiency in using security monitoring systems and technology
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Certifications: Valid security guard D license and driver's license are required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensive distances, and respond quickly to emergencies.
