Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a well-regarded school district serving K-12 students. This contract-to-hire position offers 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with immediate start leading up to October 1st and potential for extension.

Location:

  • Multiple district-wide sites within the Cambridge, MA area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans following best practices and student needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to guide decision-making
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes
  • Provide direct support and training to staff to ensure effective behavior management strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to optimize student success

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
  • Experience working within school settings serving K-12 populations
  • Strong skills in assessment, behavior intervention planning, and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
