WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our internal teams operate by building powerful automations and integrations within Salesforce. You’ll lead the design and execution of technical solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve the employee experience. Working cross-functionally, you’ll ensure our Salesforce ecosystem is both strategically sound and technically excellent—enabling scale, performance, and adoption across the organization.

• Design and implement Salesforce automations: Create intuitive, scalable solutions that power over 90% of internal employee workflows.
• Lead system integrations: Connect Salesforce with internal and third-party systems, including Workato, to eliminate manual processes and streamline operations.
• Own technical architecture and performance: Drive the full lifecycle of solutioning, from data modeling and interface design to optimization and deployment.
• Drive cross-functional automation: Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate needs into efficient and strategic system enhancements.
• Maintain and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem: Reduce technical debt, refine features, and ensure long-term maintainability and adoption.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven success designing and delivering Salesforce automations using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and configuration tools.

• Hands-on experience building internal tools and workflows through Salesforce data modeling and custom UI development.

• Fluency in Salesforce integration, especially using Workato or similar middleware platforms.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including when to leverage custom vs. out-of-the-box solutions.

• A track record of creating technical solutions that eliminate manual processes and increase user satisfaction.

• Competitive Pay & Benefits: We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to your well-being. The pay range for this role is $117,610.00 - $161,715.00 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
