Job Title : Salesforce Business Analyst Work location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite from Day 1) Duration : 6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire Job Description: - As a Salesforce Business Analyst you would be responsible for the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements. Design and develop custom Salesforce applications and provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. Ensure best practices in coding and deployment.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Partner with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze healthcare workflows and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce Health Cloud and related tools.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support system enhancements and integrations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design patient-centric solutions.
- Support initiatives related to order intake and order journey.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-user training across operational teams.
- Ensure data privacy and HIPAA compliance across all Salesforce implementations.
- Monitor and measure the success of Salesforce solutions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure Salesforce configuration complies with business policies and best practices.
- Support data integrity and data migration efforts.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features.
