WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take technical ownership of Salesforce, one of our most mission-critical platforms. You’ll transform our current system into a scalable, secure, and streamlined solution that improves how Sales and Service teams connect with clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in tackling complex systems, enjoys reducing technical debt, and wants to make a real impact through automation and optimization.
Lead Salesforce administration : Manage configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform, optimizing for usability, automation, and performance.
Drive efficiency across departments : Enable better workflows and system usage through smart design and simplification.
Monitor, measure, and enhance system usage : Ensure the platform is being fully leveraged to drive operational results and user productivity.
Simplify complexity : Identify and eliminate redundant objects, fields, and customizations to streamline and scale the platform.
Champion adoption and best practices : Document workflows, provide training, and promote user engagement through accessible, value-driven use of Salesforce features.
WHAT YOU BRING
Repeated success administering and optimizing Salesforce, including designing automations and improving workflows.
Proven ability to reduce technical complexity and enhance system scalability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Track record of increasing internal adoption and utilization of Salesforce across multiple teams.
Ability to thrive in changing priorities, taking ownership of projects that improve cross-functional operations.
Strength in partnering with stakeholders to deliver clean, usable solutions that align with business goals.

Competitive Pay & Benefits : We believe in recognizing and rewarding your hard work with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to your well-being. The pay range for this role is $71,581.00 - $98,4240.00 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
