Job Description

Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday 

The responsibility of the Sales Representative is to perform community sales activities by effectively moving prospects/referral sources through the sales process to close. Working directly with the Sales Director to achieve occupancy goals.

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

• Perform community sales activities be effectively moving prospects through the sales process to close (From formal inquiry to move in).
• Works with the sales staff to develop an outreach plan based on the needs of the community monthly and quarterly.
• Establish relationships with the outside referral sources in the community through face to face meetings on an on-going basis.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

• Senior Living Sales experience preferred
• Sales experience required
• Must be highly organized, focused, and motivated to work
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Proficient computer skills, verbal and written, and routinely follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members at all levels of the community and corporate operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service focus
• Promote Spectrum in a positive manner and lead by example, modeling our core values in everyday behavior
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
