Now Hiring: Construction Safety Manager – Bay Area

Pay Range:  Between $100,000 to $125,000, based on experience and certifications

As a growing team, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced  Construction Safety Manager to help uphold our safety standards and protect what matters most: our people.

✅Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols across active job sites
• Daily site visits conducting regular inspections, audits, and safety meetings
• Investigate incidents and near-misses and follow up with corrective action
• Train employees and subcontractors on safety procedures and compliance
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and site-specific safety plans
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and leadership to promote a culture of safety

🎯Qualifications

• Prior safety experience in construction or construction related field
• Strong understanding of OSHA and Cal/OSHA standards
• Effective communicator and confident working in the field
• OSHA 30 certification required
• First Aid/CPR certified (or willingness to obtain)
• Presentable appearance
• Clean DMV
• Proficient at using email and text on a smart phone or tablet to keep records of daily activities and job site visits. 
• Good English speaking and bilingual a plus. 
• Must possess good attitude and ability to interact professionally with all tradesmen from other companies, as well as possible interaction with high-level clients. 
• Ability to lift, push and/or pull 25 lbs throughout the workday.
