Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of Restaurant management experience with at least 1 year of QSR General Manager experience.
• Has the ability to coach, train, and develop a team
• Possess strong leadership and good communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining composure
• Works well in a hands-on team environment
