A Large E-Commerce Recruiting team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our global recruiting organization. You will be supporting technical teams to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with your clients. Successful recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. Successful recruiters on this team utilize their experience in setting benchmarks, forecasting and tracking against metrics, and prioritizing to hit customer SLAs. They draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders and hiring highly qualified candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical roles using multiple sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to build and implement effective recruiting strategies.
  • Communicate sourcing strategies to recruiting leaders verbally and in writing, utilizing data, deliverables and timelines.
  • Work with candidates through the interview process at a quick pace to create a great candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement existing processes for efficiency and maximum return on investment, while maintaining client and candidate experience as the top priority.

Essential Skills

  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience (not to exceed 4 years)
  • 1-3 years of CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional or military experience
  • Knowledge to source for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Ability to source from a variety of sources
  • Targeted sourcing capability utilizing a combination of tech-focused tools and resources
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
  • Experience with employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use data to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
