Job Summary: Join the Finance & Global Business Services (FGBS)/ Technical / Legal and Communications and PR Talent Acquisition team at Amazon as a Sourcing Recruiter. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing top talent for various positions within the FGBS organization. As an FGBS TA Sourcing Recruiter, you will be responsible for building candidate pipelines, fostering partnerships, and utilizing data-driven strategies to attract highly qualified candidates who align with Amazon's culture and values. Responsibilities: - Recruit candidates through proactive market research and assess them based on Amazon's leadership principles. - Manage and prioritize searches to deliver well-qualified and diverse talent pipelines on time. - Screen and attract top talent by evaluating candidate skills and guiding them through the hiring process. - Engage candidates effectively using pre-closing strategies to build relationships. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer talent needs are met. - Provide an exceptional candidate experience by organizing efficiently, communicating effectively, and demonstrating urgency.
