The Details Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 in addition to a team performance bonus Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Contribution toward medical benefits, and 401(k) with employer contribution Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F (8-5) with some flexibility from time to time in the evenings and occasional weekends for emergencies. Location: Sunnyvale, CA. You live within a 40-minute commute of Sunnyvale, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license and you carry insurance. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Working from our polished and tranquil business office, you’ll play a central role in supporting the team as we close 35–40 transactions a year, keeping everything running smoothly. With organized systems and processes already in place, you’ll have the tools to stay on top of it all: • Draft contracts and coordinate listings and transactions from start to finish • Manage the team calendar and keep projects on track • Coordinate photography, staging, and design projects • Oversee pre-listing activities, marketing efforts, and open houses • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, title, escrow, and lenders • Deliver a seamless, concierge-level client experience • As processes evolve, you’ll make necessary revisions to the SOPs Qualifications: How to Qualify We’re looking for an organized, polished, and confident team player with 3+ years of experience , ideally with an active real estate license and a proven track record supporting another agent or team.
