Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a supportive behavioral health team serving residents in skilled nursing and assisted living communities across Pennsylvania. What You'll Do In this role, you'll bring compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care directly to patients who need it most. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Diagnosing and treating a broad range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health conditions
- Developing individualized treatment plans alongside an interdisciplinary care team
- Recommending and managing psychotherapeutic interventions and medications
- Partnering with facility staff to support behavioral strategies and care planning
- Collaborating closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
What We're Looking For - Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (PMHNP certification required)
