Job Description

RSP Group is representing a leading General Contractor in search of a Project Executive with proven leadership in complex healthcare construction . This individual will be responsible for the strategic oversight of major healthcare projects, managing client relationships, guiding project teams, and ensuring excellence from preconstruction through closeout.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of healthcare delivery environments, regulatory requirements and coordination with specialized systems and stakeholders. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires both operational and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership across the full lifecycle of healthcare construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client representatives, healthcare administrators, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee and guide project teams in planning, procurement, scheduling, and execution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, including infection control, interim life safety measures (ILSM), and uninterrupted hospital operations.
• Manage high-level project risks, scope changes, contractual negotiations, and resource allocations.
• Mentor Project Managers and support their development while maintaining accountability for project KPIs.
• Contribute to preconstruction efforts, including estimating strategy, phasing plans, and design management.
• Partner with business development teams to support pursuits and client growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; advanced degree or industry certifications a plus.
• 10–15+ years of experience , with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale healthcare projects.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction best practices, codes, and systems integration.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and deliver projects ranging from $50M+.
• Proficiency with industry tools such as P6, Procore, and financial reporting systems.
