Job Title: Production Line Worker
Location: Ludlow, Ma 01056
Schedule:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM –2:00AM
Pay: 1st shift $20.00, 2nd shift $21.50
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team in a fast-paced factory environment that manufactures bleach and windshield wiper fluid. You will be responsible for operating production line equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Operate filling, labeling, and packaging machinery
Monitor production line and report any issues or malfunctions
Handle raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
Complete shift documentation and production logs as needed
Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working with chemicals in a controlled environment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Willingness to follow instructions and meet production goals
Reliable attendance and punctuality
