Where you will work:

This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% and is based out of the Mankato, MN, Lakeville, MN, or Sun Prairie, WI office locations.

The contributions you will make:

This position focuses on the creation, organization, and maintenance of detailed documentation for business processes and procedures. Establishes a consistent approach to form design and storage, ensuring that all process documents are easily accessible and up-to-date. Supports the process improvement team by providing accurate and clear documentation that facilitates process understanding and implementation across the organization. Additionally, administers document management systems to ensure effective version control and compliance with organizational standards.

A typical day:

Document Management Organizes and maintains comprehensive documentation of business processes and procedures. Ensures consistency in form design and storage, facilitating accessibility and usability across the organization. Identifies inconsistencies or gaps in documentation and collaborates with teams to resolve them; develops a cadence for updating and reviewing process.
