Our client, a reputable organization in the property management industry, is seeking a dedicated Porter/Maintenance/Landscaping professional to join their team. As a Porter/Maintenance/Landscaping, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Support team, contributing to the upkeep and maintenance of multiple building locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Porter/Maintenance/Landscaping

Location: White Plains, NY

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm (Depends on daily workload)

What's the Job?

• Assist the Building Manager with various building projects and maintenance tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas by emptying trash, vacuuming, and keeping spaces neat and organized
• Perform walking or driving duties to other building locations within the area to support maintenance needs
• Support small carpentry and electrical projects alongside the Building Manager
• Ensure all work areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times

What's Needed?

• Own vehicle and a clean driving record (mileage reimbursement available if using personal vehicle)
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during scheduled hours
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as walking, lifting, and cleaning
• Basic knowledge of carpentry and electrical work is a plus but not required
• Reliable and proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality
